Terms, Polices, & Procedures

You can reschedule lessons 2 times. We need a 24 hour notice to reschedule otherwise you forfeit the lesson.

Angelic Paws may cancel lessons due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances and the lesson will be rescheduled.

No Show

Should the trainer show up for a schedule lesson and no one is home or available, and no notice was given, it will be considered a lesson and the lesson fee will charged to the student.

We Don’t Guarantee Results

Because much of the training occurs in the home between training sessions/ after board and train stays, in order to achieve desired training or behavioral outcomes you must follow all advice and activities provided by Angelic Paws. For this reason, Angelic Paws cannot guarantee any training or behavioral outcomes.

No refunds for any training services.

Tools and Equipment

If you have used other methods or equipment in the past we are still happy to work with you. We use food exclusively in our behavior modification and do not use the following equipment (and would require you cease to use as well); ecollars/shock collars, choke chains, using physical force, bark collars, alpha rolling, citronella spray, leash jerks. Using these methods while working with us will result in not meeting your goals and risking fallout behaviors with your dog.
